Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
Monitor production of Pump Controllers and Ventilation Fans and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Allocate manpower effectively across production lines and monitor productivity.
Ensure availability of materials, components, tools, and equipment before production.
Monitor line balancing, cycle time, rejection, rework, and production efficiency.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved SOPs, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, PPC, and HR for smooth production.
Identify production issues and take immediate corrective action.
Monitor machine/equipment breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for quick resolution.
Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime records.
Ensure proper implementation of 5S, Kaizen, safety procedures, and housekeeping.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure employees follow PPE and safety requirements.
Train and guide operators on process requirements and work instructions.
Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and performance.




Support current product/process trials and process improvement activities.
Ensure proper handling and traceability of materials and finished goods.
Prepare and submit daily/shift production reports to management.

SAP Responsibilities – Mandatory
SAP knowledge is mandatory for production-related activities.
Perform/monitor production-related SAP transactions and confirmations.
Update production quantities, material consumption, and production status in SAP.
Check Production Orders / Work Orders and their status.
Coordinate with Stores/PPC for material availability and shortages through SAP.
Support BOM, routing, material movement, and production order related activities.
Ensure SAP production data is accurate and updated on time.
Generate/maintain SAP-based production reports as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
