Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Business Coordination Intern to join our team.

The first 3 months will be a probation/internship period. During this period, the candidate's performance, communication skills, discipline, learning ability, and contribution will be evaluated. Based on performance, the candidate may be selected for a continued/full-time position with the company.

Key Responsibilities
Check and respond to company emails professionally.
Communicate with suppliers, dealers, and vendors through phone and email.
Find and identify new dealers/suppliers for required products.
Contact dealers to check product availability, pricing, lead time, and specifications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase inquiries.
Maintain records of dealers, suppliers, and product information.
Assist with recruitment, candidate communication, and basic HR activities.




Support general administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements
BBA/MBA/PG in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good English communication and email-writing skills.
Positive telephone communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to search for products and suppliers online.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
