Manage day-to-day hub/warehouse operations, including inbound, sorting, scanning, loading, dispatch, and outbound shipments.
Lead and supervise warehouse associates, loaders, unloaders, and delivery executives to ensure smooth shift operations.
Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules to achieve operational targets and service levels.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, productivity, shipment accuracy, and SLA adherence.
Conduct daily shift briefings, assign work, and provide on-the-job coaching and training.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
Handle operational escalations, resolve shipment issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate operational reports, attendance records, and productivity dashboards.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays.
Ensure workplace discipline, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
