Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, cassette AC, and ductable AC units.
Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
Check refrigerant gas levels and refill when required.
Clean filters, coils, blowers, and drainage systems.
Attend breakdown complaints promptly.
Maintain service records and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and major repairs/Admin department
Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance work.

Qualification
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
SSC/HSC with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience




2–5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of commercial AC systems.
Experience in retail showrooms or commercial buildings will be preferred.

Skills Required
Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Electrical troubleshooting skills.
Gas charging and leak detection.
Preventive maintenance planning.
Basic documentation and reporting.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
