As Graphic Designers, you will work on the end to end process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a robust ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the design work is aligned with other methods of communication
Working collaboratively with creative colleagues; senior designers and copywriters
Present and defend your design decisions
Discussing design briefs with clients and managing delivery expectations
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards
Must Haves
Three or more years of experience and proven track record
Robust portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc
Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset
A key eye in aesthetics and details
