Job Responsibilities:
Guide students and parents about our courses and career prospects.
Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
Provide excellent support throughout the admission process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, admissions.
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
