Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding IVF and fertility services.
Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
Follow up with new and existing patients regarding treatments and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient details in the hospital system.
Coordinate with doctors and the patient care team for appointment scheduling.
Provide explicit and courteous information about hospital services.
Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the concerned department when required.
Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain skilled communication at all times.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hospital Management Software).
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
