Job Summary:
Mart Staff are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the store. They play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers
Handle billing, cash transactions, and operate POS systems
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Assist in receiving and unloading stock deliveries
Ensure all items are labeled correctly
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Follow store policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum High School (10th/12th pass)
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic math and billing knowledge
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit (standing for long hours, lifting goods if required)
Prior retail experience is a plus
