We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle sales growth, customer follow-up, lead generation, quotation follow-up and order closing for our office automation sales and service business.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business from relevent customer segments.
Understand customer need and their product/service requirements.
Handle leads, quotations, follow-ups and order closing.
Manage existing customers and improve repeat business.
Follow up for pending quotations, orders and payments.
Maintain daily sales report and monthly sales achievement report.
Guide and support sales executives, if required.
Able to handle team and intrested in accepting leadership.
Requirements:
B2B field sales experience required.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and follow-up focused.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Candidates from Puducherry, Cuddalore, Villupuram and nearby areas preferred.
