Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers
Handle room reservations, banquet bookings, and group inquiries
Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and sales reports
Support the sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
Maintain guest and client databases in hotel CRM systems
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, banquet, and F&B; departments
Follow up on leads, confirmations, and payment status
Organize sales meetings, site visits, and promotional activities
Assist in planning conferences, weddings, and corporate events
Ensure excellent guest service and timely communication
