About the Role

We’re looking for a Category Manager to build and grow our wellness and personal care categories. You’ll work closely with the founding team, R&D;, marketing, manufacturers, and supply chain.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute category growth strategies
Identify consumer needs, market trends, and new opportunities
Drive recent product development from idea to launch
Work with R&D;, formulators, and manufacturers
Own product positioning, pricing, assortment, and lifecycle
Partner with marketing on GTM, campaigns, and communication
Analyse sales, customer feedback, margins, and product performance




Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain teams

What We’re Looking For
8+years of experience in Category, Product, or Brand Management
Experience in wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer health
D2C, e-commerce, or retail experience preferred
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
Experience in product development is a plus
Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
