Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to handle tendering and bidding activities for infrastructure / electrical / transmission & distribution projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare techno-commercial bids and coordinate with internal departments.
Upload and submit tenders through e-procurement portals.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for quotations and documentation.
Maintain tender database, bid records, and MIS reports.
Track tender prospects from government and private portals.
Prepare cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and bid comparison statements.




Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
Follow up for bid status, LOI, work orders, and contract documentation.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Government & Private Tendering Process
Experience in GEM, CPP Portal, E-Tendering Platforms
Robust Documentation & Communication Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Ability to work under deadlines
Analytical and coordination skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Management
MBA will be an added advantage

Experience
3–8 Years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Contracts
Experience in Electrical, Transmission, Distribution, EPC, or Infrastructure projects preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
