Key responsibilities:
Conduct systematic/targeted/structured literature reviews
Developing database searches and writing protocols for literature reviews
Identifying relevant evidence for research questions (primary and secondary screening)
Disseminating and integrating recent methods into the business
Contributing to thought leadership and publications
Project budgets and timelines
Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Summarizing literature review findings in a report/slide-deck
Providing writing support for HTA submissions and publications based on HEOR studies
Coordinating with the clients and the internal team to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects
Leading requests for proposals and fostering business growth by cultivating robust client relationships
Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes and quality standards
Provide mentorship, support, and guidance for the team members
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Highly experienced within the field of HEOR, with hands-on experience in systematic/targeted/structured literature reviews
Must have experience with health technology assessment (HTA) submissions
Familiar with Meta- analysis, and Indirect comparison
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
A team-oriented team player, yet equally adept at working independently
