Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Location: Bandra West

Job Description:
Clean and maintain office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and washrooms.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and office equipment.
Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with soap, tissue paper, hand towels, and other essentials.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and prepare tea/coffee for employees and visitors, if required.
Collect and dispose of office waste in designated bins.
Refill drinking water bottles and ensure water dispensers are clean and functional.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the Admin team.
Report maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, or furniture damage.
Support office events and activities by arranging refreshments and maintaining cleanliness.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Perform any other housekeeping or office support duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications




Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).
Prior experience in office housekeeping is preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices.

Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.

Working Hours
5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Working hours as per company policy.

Admin Executive / Administration Manager / HR
