Xtrim Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and communication-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about client handling, digital marketing coordination, and relationship management.
Job Role:
Manage day-to-day client communication and coordination
Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
Track project updates, feedback, and reporting
Support in maintaining long-term client relationships
Assist with basic creatives and presentations using Canva
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (Digital Marketing background preferred)
0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with Canva and digital tools is an added advantage
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced workplace
