Executive -LS Retail

Job Responsibilities
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to LS Retail POS NAV and integrations with other systems and Payment wallets
Develop and customize the application functionalities and reports as per business requirements with writing code in C/AL programming
Will be responsible for managing the technical environment of LSR POS and MS Dynamics NAV
Have a valuable knowledge about NAV functional processes, Business Central & D365
Knowledge in SQL Database is a must.
Should be able to create store procedures.
Facilitate the implementation and support of LS Retail related change and menu management.
Monitoring of data Synch, posting jobs and Integration points related to SAP and other interfaces.
Helping in reconciliation of data to Operation and Finance team.
Store and Online menu management.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes,



and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both current implementations and existing support projects.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior team members.
Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.

Overall Requirements
1+ years of experience in LS NAV, Business Central & SQL
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA Degree or related experience in a technical field required.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Self-starter & a willingness to learn/expand/upskill existing knowledge
Robust organizational skills with working in teams.
Good at Multi-tasking and coordination
Attention to detail.
QSR/Retail domain experience will be preferred.
