We are looking for an experienced & freshers Agricultural Advisor who can guide farmers in improving their farming techniques. You will provide on-call support to assess farming practices and recommend practical solutions to boost crop productivity and optimize resource use.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on crop selection, planting techniques, irrigation, fertilizers, and pest management.
Support farmers in planning sustainable and efficient farm management practices.
Promote methods that save resources and protect the environment.
Conduct field visits and prepare actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (Master’s preferred)
Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consultancy
Robust understanding of crops, soil health, and pest control
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Transparent communication and ability to work with diverse communities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic computer skills
Must have fluency in Marathi Language
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
