About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with people and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and HR documents.




Communicate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related queries.
Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements
Recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
