Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to develop and maintain corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new corporate clients through various sales channels.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good convincing and presentation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, business development, or client servicing will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
