Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for healthcare professionals and corporate staff.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development programs.
Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, recruitment trackers, and management reports.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.




Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
Lead and manage the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of payroll, attendance, and labour compliance.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.

Education

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
