Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Supervise, manage and allocate duties to café staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, targets, billing and cash handling.
Manage inventory, stock levels and procurement of food, beverages and packaging materials.
Control wastage and maintain proper stock records.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of required materials.
Prepare and maintain daily sales, stock and operational reports.
Train, motivate and manage the café team.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
Take responsibility for overall café performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Candidate Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate.
2–5 years of experience in Café, Restaurant, QSR, F&B; or Retail Management.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of billing, inventory and cash management.
Target-oriented and capable of handling day-to-day operational pressure.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
Presentable, responsible and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
