Job Description
Marikar Honda is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our Honda two-wheeler sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Honda two-wheelers, generating new leads, handling customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Honda two-wheelers to prospective customers.
Generate leads through showroom visits, field marketing, digital platforms, referrals, and other promotional activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Honda models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Conduct outdoor marketing and customer acquisition activities.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and enquiry conversion targets.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Willingness to work in field marketing and sales activities.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
