We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail jewellery sales and excellent customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and offers.
Coordinate with the showroom team for billing, inventory,
and order fulfilment.
Maintain excellent showroom presentation and customer service standards.
Follow up with customers for after-sales service and referrals.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–6 years of experience in B2C jewellery sales is mandatory.
Experience in selling Diamond, Gold, Gemstone, Polki, Kundan, Jadau, or Bridal Jewellery is preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Well-groomed personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail setting.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
