Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide prospective parents through the admission process.
Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Conduct school tours and provide information about the school's curriculum and facilities.
Maintain accurate admission records and follow up with prospective parents.
Coordinate with the school administration to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Any Graduate with Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counselor in the school.
Prior experience in a CBSE or K-12 school is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
