HiQ Weddings is a premium wedding photography and cinematography company with over 1,000+ weddings captured. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us connect with couples, wedding planners and venue partners while converting qualified enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify wedding enquiries.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
Schedule client consultations and convert enquiries into bookings.
Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and industry partners.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.




Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Experience in the wedding, hospitality, luxury, or events industry is an advantage.
