Job Summary

Amend Dental Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational performance of all branches. The ideal candidate should have a robust healthcare background with expertise in branch operations, team management, patient experience, and business performance.

Qualifications
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
MBA – Preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
Experience managing multi-location healthcare, dental, hospital, or clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all Amend Dental Centre branches.
Monitor branch performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular branch visits and audits.
Coordinate with Branch Managers, Doctors, and Department Heads
Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and performance monitoring.




Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements.
Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead training and development programs for operational teams.
