Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be capable of handling recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and basic payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers and office staff.
Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and performance review processes.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports.




Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
Freshers with robust HR internship experience may also be considered.
