Welding & Fabrication
Perform welding and fabrication work on metal components using MIG/TIG/arc techniques as required.
Measure, mark out, and prepare materials for fabrication to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Measurement & Drawing Interpretation
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with expertise.
Conduct accurate measurements using tools like callipers, micrometres, and gauges for fitting and assembly.
Parts Assembly
Assemble machine parts and sub-assemblies with high precision, ensuring alignment, fit, and functionality.
Handle main machine assembly work, including complex integrations and alignments.
Manpower & Schedule Management
Prepare and manage manpower schedules for fitting and assembly teams on a daily/weekly basis.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and address absenteeism or workload issues.
Quality & Problem Solving
Inspect assembled parts for quality, tolerances, and defects; perform rework as needed.
Identify and resolve technical issues in fitting, fabrication, or assembly processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
