We are looking for a skilled Pattern Shop Technician with hands-on experience in steel casting foundries. The candidate will be responsible for pattern making, pattern modification, repair, and maintenance for production and recent product development.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture, repair, modify, and maintain foundry patterns
Read and interpret engineering/component drawings
Ensure dimensional accuracy of patterns before production
Coordinate with Methoding, Design, and Production teams
Carry out pattern corrections based on production feedback
Maintain pattern inventory and proper identification
Support development of current casting components
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in pattern making and pattern maintenance
Knowledge of steel casting, alloy steel, manganese steel or heavy engineering castings
Ability to read engineering drawings
Understanding of foundry processes, shrinkage allowance, and pattern correction
Experience in pattern shop operations
Eligibility
ITI or equivalent technical qualification
3–8 years of experience in a steel casting, foundry industries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
