Luxmi Enterprises is hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Prepare basic reports and customer data updates.

Requirements: • Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong follow-up and customer management skills.
Prior CRM/Customer Support experience preferred.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives
