Setting requirements for various suppliers incl. bulk material, equipment mfg., packaging, third party inspections, certifications, logistics, etc. and regularly monitoring their compliances.
Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global quality standards
Ensure the updates of documentation records at each stage of process across various functions at organisational level.
Coordinating with team for mock-ups, product tests & trials as required by client at sites.
Resolving the quality related complaints and issues in time to meet customer satisfaction.
Implementing and encouraging stakeholders to work on continuous improvement methodologies.
To ensure the requirements of QMS, BEP, DMS, IMS, etc. at organisational level thru audits and assessments practices.
Willing to travel whenever required
Should be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to work independently and guide team
Problem-solving skills are essential, computer savvy
Creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
