Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines and medical supplies as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
Verify prescriptions for correct medicine, dosage, strength, route, and quantity.
Provide patients with transparent instructions regarding medication use, dosage, timing, and precautions.
Maintain accurate records of medicines issued, received, returned, and expired.
Monitor pharmacy stock levels and ensure timely procurement of medicines.
Check expiry dates, batch numbers, storage conditions, and physical condition of medicines.
Ensure proper storage of medicines, including temperature-sensitive and controlled medications.
Maintain records of controlled and high-risk medicines as required by applicable regulations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, purchase department, and other hospital departments.




Identify and report medication-related errors, adverse drug reactions, or discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the pharmacy.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and applicable pharmacy laws.
Participate in stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and periodic pharmacy inspections.
Minimize wastage and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of medicines.
Support emergency pharmacy services and provide medicines to wards/ICU/OT as required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and prescription information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
