Title: Executive - Business Develpment and Sales

Job Summary

Speedways Electric is seeking a proactive and result-driven Executive – Business Development to join our team in Jalandhar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, generating business leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our electric vehicle and mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients, dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers across target regions.
Client Engagement: Conduct cold calls, follow up on inbound inquiries, and set up client meetings (both virtually and field visits).
Sales Presentations & Pitching: Present product catalogs, pitch custom electric vehicle solutions, and handle product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Deal Closure & Onboarding: Manage negotiation processes, prepare business proposals/commercial quotes, and complete client onboarding.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of pipeline leads, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM/system.

Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development (Experience in EV, Automobile, Electrical, or Industrial sectors is a plus).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Negotiation & Pitching: Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.
Mobility: Willingness to undertake local/regional travel for business meetings as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
