Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Learn the features, advantages, and specifications of various jewellery products (gold, diamond, platinum, silver, etc.).
Maintain proper display of jewellery products in showcases to ensure an appealing presentation.




Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Follow billing and payment procedures as per company policy.

Qualifications & Skills:
12th standard and above (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
Fluency in regional language (Tamil); proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is an added advantage.
Positive communication skill.

Gross Salary: 17000 to 20000 based on experience

Age Limit - Between 20 to 30 years only
