Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components correctly and safely.
Perform basic machine setting and tool offset adjustments.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
Conduct in-process inspection and maintain required dimensions.
Monitor machine operation, cutting tools, and component quality.
Identify machining defects and report issues to the CNC Setter/Supervisor.
Maintain production targets and minimize rejection and rework.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
Record production and inspection details as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator.




Experience in CNC Turning / VMC / HMC is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and tooling.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Valuable attention to detail and quality awareness.
Willingness to work in shifts and do overtime when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
