Location: Near Kacchwa Village, Karnal, Haryana

Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 50km radius of Kacchwa.

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the warehouse facility (godown). This includes overseeing all inward and outward stock movements, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, and ensuring the physical organization of goods according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Implement and strictly monitor FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) protocols based on material types to prevent deadstock or expiry.
Inward/Outward Management: Supervise the unloading of raw materials and the loading of finished goods. Verify all challans, invoices, and physical counts against purchase orders.
Godown Management: Optimize space utilization by designing productive racking and stacking layouts. Ensure the warehouse is clean, labeled, and secure for staff.
Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records of stock levels. Perform regular weekly and monthly physical stock audits (Cycle Counting).
Team Leadership:



Manage a team of helpers, loaders, and data entry operators to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
Loss Prevention: Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or pilferage immediately to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream; a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or godown management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO/LIFO) and basic computer skills (ERP, SAP, or MS Excel).
Local Proximity: Must be living within 50km of Kacchwa, Karnal (e.g., Nigdu, Gadi Jordan, Railway Road, Hansi road or local Karnal areas).
Attributes: High integrity, solid leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
