Counsel students and working professionals for B.Tech and Diploma programs.
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain student records and update CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
