This role combines front-of-house customer service, office administration, and general store support to ensure a welcoming experience for every client and the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Open and prepare the store for daily operations, ensuring the showroom and office are clean, organized, and ready to welcome clients.
Close and secure the store at the end of each day in accordance with company procedures.
Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and refreshments to clients during appointments.
Assist clients with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments as required.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and client hospitality areas to a high standard.
Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and hospitality supplies.
Receive and distribute mail and courier deliveries.




Provide general administrative support to the sales and management team.
Assist with special events, client appointments, and other operational tasks as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in administration, reception, retail, Luxury industry,hospitality, or customer service is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified presentation with a friendly and welcoming manner.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable preparing and serving beverages and refreshments.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

REQUIRED:
Experience working in a luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or hospitality workplace.
A genuine interest in luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
