Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations for our client, specializing in residential real estate projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 5 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, specifically within the construction or residential project sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Maintain accurate financial records, billing,
and expense tracking specifically for residential project sites.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide timely reports to project management.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding project payments and reconciliation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 6 years of qualified accounting experience.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in residential construction projects is required.
Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of project-based accounting principles.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
