Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Identify and approach potential customers interested in plots, houses, and construction projects.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to customers.
Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
.Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
