AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Document Intelligence

Role
Looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build production-ready Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, OCR, and Document Intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build ML/DL models and AI pipelines for classification, prediction, NLP, and document intelligence.
Develop RAG pipelines using LangChain, embeddings, retrievers, and Qdrant.
Develop LLM workflows using LangChain, LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
Build OCR & document processing pipelines for PDFs, images, and scanned documents.
Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI & Django.
Work with SQL databases, queries, joins, indexing, ORM, and database integration.
Design and integrate REST APIs, authentication, async processing, and third-party APIs.
Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

Required Skills
Solid Python, OOP, NumPy & Pandas.




Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, feature engineering, and preprocessing.
Hands-on Deep Learning with PyTorch/TensorFlow, CNNs, RNNs/Transformers.
Strong LangChain + RAG knowledge.
Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, NLP, and prompt engineering.
Good knowledge of SQL & relational databases – PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.
Hands-on FastAPI & Django.
Experience with OCR, PDF processing, PIL/OpenCV.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment.

Good to Have
Qdrant, Redis, Celery, GCP/AWS.
Computer Vision, NLP, Multimodal LLMs, AI Agents.
LLM evaluation, model fine-tuning, MLOps & AI observability.
