Job Description

We are looking for a Junior MEP Engineer – Electrical / Mechanical for an IIT Powai Renovation Project. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in MEP site execution, coordination and supervision activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in execution and supervision of MEP works at the renovation project site.
Handle day-to-day Electrical / Mechanical MEP activities as assigned.
Read and understand MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings and specifications.
Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Architectural and other services teams.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Assist in inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP services.




Identify site issues and coordinate with Senior Engineers / Project Manager for resolution.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, coordination and site execution.
Valuable understanding of either Electrical or Mechanical services.
Experience in renovation / commercial / institutional projects will be preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently at site and coordinate with multiple agencies.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in IIT / Educational / Institutional / Commercial / High-Rise / Large Building Renovation Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
