Job Summary
NCorp Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, be proficient in Tally, and possess solid knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting. Real estate accountants commonly manage AP/AR, reconciliations, financial records, and project-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime/ERP.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
Generate monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
Maintain project-wise accounting records for real estate transactions.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST/TDS.
Valuable understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate project accounting.
Knowledge of RERA-related accounting will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
