Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Proprietor Assistant to support the proprietor in managing daily administrative and operational activities within the healthcare department. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities
Assist the proprietor with daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with patients, healthcare staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Handle phone calls, emails, appointments, and routine correspondence.
Maintain patient, employee, and administrative records accurately.
Prepare reports, documents, bills, and basic data entries.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.




Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the proprietor.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Skilled, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare office is preferred but not mandatory.
