Design Presentation:
Work with a senior designer and prepare schematic interior design for various type of projects like offices, residence, public facilities like (Hospital, auditorium etc.)
Prepare 3D views for the prepared designs
Working Drawings:
Understand material palette with the help of senior designer and visit market/ suppliers for short listing various materials.
Understand construction details for each material and make detailed working drawings for contractor to execute
Work with a team of electrical engineer, HVAC engineer and help in preparing electrical and HVAC layouts
Conduct site documentation measurement and photography process for pre-design and post-design durations.
Client & Contractor interaction
Carry out site visits as required to explain designs to contractor and clients
Make notes of the interaction and discuss with senior team for further activities
Competency Required
Skills:
Fluency in Gujarati/ Hindi preferred. Basic communication skills in English
Open to learning and quick adaptation of recent ideas
