Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing patients, explain our services, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent patient relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with recent enquiries generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
Explain clinic services, packages, and ongoing offers.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits by building trust and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk staff regarding appointments.




Send reminders for follow-up visits and treatment sessions.
Meet daily and monthly call, appointment, and conversion targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
Valuable persuasion and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, healthcare, wellness, or the aesthetic industry preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
