Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement current solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades.
Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
Provide remote support to in office engineers and end users/customers during installation/maintenance
Installing Operating Systems on Blade/Tower Servers with RAID.
Windows & Linux Systems Hardware/Network performance monitoring using Zabbix or any other monitoring tool
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests




Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Managing and Mentoring Junior network engineers
