Demonstrate effective sales pitches and customer engagement techniques.
Performance Monitoring
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and field observations.
Track trainee performance and sales productivity after training.
Prepare training reports,
feedback summaries, and improvement recommendations.
Work closely with sales managers to improve team performance.
Sales Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to company sales standards and processes.
Share best practices and successful sales strategies across teams.
Assist in implementing current sales initiatives and campaigns.
Support sales teams in achieving revenue and business goals.
