BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
Undertake and execute core responsibilities aligned with Business Development, Sales, and Tele-Calling operations.
Complete a mandatory minimum of 90 to 120 cold calls per day to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Identify new business prospects, prospects, and potential markets for the company’s IT services.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain company offerings to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and solutions for clients.
Maintain continuous follow-up with leads and convert them into business deals.
Support real-time client coordination, documentation, and reporting as directed.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and handle communication follow-ups efficiently.
Generate revenue by closing IT service deals and achieving monthly business targets.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client interaction summaries for management.
Execute all tele-calling responsibilities without exception as part of the business development process.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience:



0 to 2 years in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Calling, or Customer Acquisition roles.
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
Logical and creative thinking abilities with a willingness to work across multiple departments.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Hardworking, smart, adaptable, and flexible to work in different shifts.
Target-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and a strict focus on revenue generation.

Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (target-based structure) + incentives.
Salary and incentives are strictly performance-based, calculated based on target achievement and productivity.
A 6-month breathing period will be considered for performance stabilization.
Attractive performance-based incentives and other recreational perks.
Post 6-month conversion: Fixed salary of ₹2.5 – ₹5 LPA.
