Ensure 100% accuracy in item selection (correct product, size, quantity).
Stock Replenishment in Bins
Refill shelves and racks with stock from the current inward on returns
Ensure products are arranged properly for easy accessibility
Update stock movements in the system (scanner/RFID/handheld device).
Inventory Management
Assist with daily stock checks, cycle counts, and stock accuracy tasks.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or missing SKUs.
Warehouse & Team Organization
Follow SOPs.
Drive team through tech-based solutions
Analyze productivity of pickers
Use scanners or RFID devices to track stock movements.
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any discipline.
Basic understanding of warehouse functions.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry).
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
